Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Refurbished Products

Please note that our products are professionally refurbished, which means minor cosmetic marks may be present and are not considered faults.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

• Items returned after 30 days
